Busy medical practice with multiple locations seeks an experienced and hands on scheduling coordinator/receptionist with at least 2 years of related medical office experience required. Applicant must be detail and service orientated, reliable, well organized, be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly, have excellent communication skills and flexibility with their schedule. Computerized scheduling, cash handling and multi-line phone system experience required. This position requires working at our Kenosha location three days a week and our Milwaukee area locations 2 days per week. This is a full time 40 hour/5 days per week position. Start time of 6:45am daily.

Rapidly expanding ophthalmic group with multiple locations is seeking an experienced ophthalmic assistant or medical assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong attendance and work history, effective communication skills, have attention to detail and be great with patients. Ophthalmic experience is preferred but we will consider applicants with other related medical experience. Full and part-time position available. This position does require traveling to outside clinic locations. Benefits package offered based upon full or part time status.
